SCREAM

IIn December 1996,  film great Wes Craven  along with new up and coming writer,  Kevin Williamson,  came out with what would become one the most enjoyed horror movies of all time.      "SCREAM"  headed the horror genre into a whole new realm.  It blended the great aspects of suspense, horror, action,  and even comedy while adding a bit of satire.  It poked fun at the horror genre in general.       It's hip,  young cast told the story of a young Sidney Prescott  ( Neve Campbell ) and her friends who are being stalked by a serial killer.  The only question is who is it?  The movie is a modern day "who dun it?"  As  your suspicions go from character to character,  Sidney, her boyfriend Billy Loomis,  the movie geek  Randy Meeks,  Tatum  and her cop brother Dewey Reily,  Stu,  and news woman Gale Weathers try to run from the killer.      The story leads to the infamous and exciting conclusion where the killer is revealed and defeated..........      .The following year  the story continued.  It continued the story of the original's survivors;  Sidney,  Randy,  Gale and Dewey as they come face to face with a new killer.  Someone has taken their love for sequels on step to far and a whole new tale of suspense is told.  "SCREAM 2"  pokes fun at sequels much in the same way Scream did to horror movies in general.  It is one of the few movies that comes close to comparing to the original,  an as the first it's crazy and intense ride comes to exciting conclusion....

 

	Father Death,  the Ghost Face Killer.  Hunts his next victim and spreads new terror into a new generation of horror movie viewers.
	Randy  Meeks,  the voice of the audiance.  The man with movie clues and rules.  It really sucked when they killed him.......  you bastards  you killed Randy.
